Welcome I’m Yoko

I offer compassionate, inclusive counselling in Greek and English, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or simply seeking clarity, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey towards wellbeing.

My path into counselling began over a decade ago. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in History and Archaeology, I discovered that my real passion lay in understanding people and their experiences. I went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Sheffield, a Master’s in Criminology and Criminal Psychology from the University of Essex, and a four-year Diploma in Person-Centred Therapy.

Since then, I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, supporting them through ADHD, eating disorders, bereavement, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. My approach is inclusive, client-led, and rooted in the belief that you hold the answers within yourself — my role is to help you uncover them.

I believe counselling works best when you feel safe, respected, and understood. My work is grounded in Person-Centred Therapy, which means you are at the heart of the process. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions — every person’s story is unique. Instead, I tailor our sessions to your individual needs, drawing on my training and experience to create a supportive, inclusive environment where you can:
